Dr Cox listened to my symptoms, was very attentive, sought test, she was caring and clearly knows what she is doing for such a young doctor. She delivered first class service and pleased to have her look after me. The hospitial is working under server conditions but is managing with great profession attitude and a smile.

After I suffered an out of the blue seizure in January 2018, I went on to have investigations and was placed under Dr Cox's care. I received such fantastic care and support from day 1 - she was understanding, reassuring and supportive and able to explain things in a simple format to me. Once diagnosed with Epilepsy, we agreed on the best treatment route to ensure I can carry on as normal as possible - and all advice given was from a very holistic approach. I have occasionally consulted Dr Cox over the last couple of years and she is consistently supportive and understanding to my concerns, always willing to see me in person or for a phone call. Cannot thank her enough - I am so thankful I was allocated to her list of patients; you would be lucky to have her as your neurologist.

Dr Cox's investigation of my condition was thorough and very helpful. She gave my plenty of opportunities to voice my concerns and discuss my treatment. After exhausting every avenue she referred me to another dept for further help. I am very happy with my treatment.

Thanks for the call last week, I now have an appointment with the Spinal Clinic 7 on the 16th December. I received your letter confirming what you told me in the call, the wrong GP was cc into the letter though, I am with Orchard House Surgery Newmarket not Orhard Surgery Royston Thanks again for sorting this appointment.
